At The GeoPilot, managed by our parent registered MSME entity Street Perkz (operating globally), we are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of all personal and enterprise logistics data. This Privacy Policy governs our entire product suite:
- The GeoPilot AI Sales Receptionist: 24/7 web chat agent, CRM dispatch boards, and lead management portals.
- The WhatsApp Packing List Digitizer: OCR handwriting transcription and PDF compilation bot services.
1. Information We Collect
Company name, website domain, owner email, staff WhatsApp numbers, rate card FAQs, and billing records.
Customer full name, phone number, email, origin & destination routes, move sizes, dates, floor/elevator access, packing requirements, and attached room photos/videos.
2. Strict WhatsApp Digitizer Data Purging
For field crews using our WhatsApp Packing List Digitizer, we enforce strict, automated transient data purging on encrypted AWS storage:
- Raw Uploaded Photos: All handwritten inventory photos and physical scans sent to the WhatsApp bot are permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload.
- Compiled Digitized PDFs: Final generated PDF packing lists and raw OCR transcriptions are permanently purged within 7 days.
3. AI Chatbot Disclosures & LLM Processing
When consumers interact with our embeddable chat widget on a moving company's website:
- They communicate with an automated AI assistant powered by The GeoPilot on behalf of that moving company.
- All estimates and room checklists are preliminary. Moving companies perform final on-site verification.
- No Public Training: Personal consumer messages are NOT used to train public generative AI foundation models.
4. Global Privacy Frameworks (India DPDP, GDPR & CCPA)
Our data infrastructure supports compliance with global standards:
- 🇮🇳 India DPDP Rules: Purpose limitation, affirmative consent logging, and data minimization.
- 🇪🇺 🇬🇧 GDPR / UK GDPR: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), data processor terms, and full Data Subject Rights (Access, Correction, Erasure).
- 🇺🇸 US CCPA / CPRA: We never sell, rent, or trade customer relocation lead data to third-party data brokers.
