Terms of Service & Data Processing Agreement

1. Acceptance & Service Description
These Master Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of all software, embeddable AI receptionist widgets, CRM dispatch dashboards, and WhatsApp OCR digitization tools operated under our registered MSME entity Street Perkz ("The GeoPilot", "we", "us").
By subscribing, embedding our widget, or creating an account, you (the Moving Company / Customer) agree to be bound by these Terms and the embedded Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
2. AI Output Disclaimer, Cargo & Financial Independence
2.1 AI Probabilistic Nature: The GeoPilot employs advanced AI language models and OCR transcription algorithms. AI may occasionally make reading, spelling, formatting, or preliminary estimation mistakes. All AI responses and chat price estimates are strictly non-binding preliminary estimations.
2.2 Moving Company's Sole Responsibility: The Moving Company assumes 100% responsibility for physically surveying goods, establishing binding tariffs, issuing legal moving contracts, and providing transport insurance.
2.3 Zero Cargo / Financial Dispute Liability: The GeoPilot is strictly a software provider. We are NOT a motor carrier, freight broker, or party to any moving contract, deposit payment, cargo damage claim, or consumer dispute. The Moving Company agrees to indemnify and hold The GeoPilot harmless from any consumer claims.
3. Subscription Tiers, Invoicing & Strict No-Refund Policy
- AI Sales Agent Plans: Includes a 30-Day Free Trial (Dashboard & Email alerts). Premium WhatsApp multi-staff routing and custom domain scraping are unlocked via custom invoicing upon upgrading.
- WhatsApp Digitizer Plans: Standard ($99/mo) and Enterprise ($299/mo) plans are billed monthly in advance [1.1.2, 2]. Credits are deducted per scanned page [2]. Top-ups ($39 for 100 credits) require an active base subscription [2].
- Strict No-Refund Policy: All subscription fees, setup fees, and credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once paid, as cloud compute and AI token allocations are provisioned immediately upon transaction completion.
4. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
To the extent The GeoPilot processes personal lead data on your behalf, the Moving Company acts as the Data Controller and The GeoPilot acts as the Data Processor under GDPR, UK GDPR, and India DPDP Rules.
We process lead data solely on your written instructions, maintain bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), and maintain subprocessor registries (AWS, Supabase, Google Vertex AI, Resend, Meta WhatsApp API).
5. Governing Law & Support Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India.
